Vid. Vaishnava Simha

     Vid. Vaishnava Simha is an erudite scholar of Veda and Vyakaraṇa, who is expert in both Kashika and Kaumudi paddhatis. He had his primary education in Om Shantidhama gurukulam, Kanakapura, Bengaluru where he studied Rigveda, Yajurveda, Paniniya Vyakarana along with Modern education. He then moved to Arsha Gurukula, Khanpur, Haryana for higher studies in Vedangas and Vyakarana. He studied complete Mahabhashya from Acharya Pradhyumna ji. After having studied for four years in gurukula system he then went to Somapura’s Dattashrama and studied complete Mahabhashya along with Pradipa Vyakhyana from Mahamahopadhyaya So. Ti. Nagaraja.

Vid. Vaishna Simha is an expert in Vyakarana Prakriya including Svara Prakriya and Dhatuvrittis. He has been teaching texts of Vyakarana to many interested students including Indians as well as foreigners especially from Israel. He carries forward the family tradition of Archakatva in Hiremagaluru’s Rama temple.  He has initiated the Rama nama lekhana yajna and many other activities in the temple.
