About the Course

The story of Rukmini Kalyana in the Dashama Skandha of Srimad Bhagavatham has been put forth as a kavya, consisting of 4 sargas by Sri Krishnapremi Swamigal. It can be called a Mahakavya as it has the descriptions of cities, sringara, war, rivers etc. The various figures of speech such as upama, rupaka, utpreksha etc. and various metres such as upendravajra, vasantatilaka, malini are employed.
